About the Role:
The Sales Operations function is a critical component of Cyncly’s Go-To-Market approach and sits within the broader Revenue Operations organisation. We are looking for someone with a collaborative & team work attitude to join us and take responsibility for executing a variety of operational and strategic initiatives that are key to accelerating Cyncly’s success. As a key business partner to leadership, the Sales Operations function acts as a conduit between Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, Finance and other internal partners to:
- Drive and execute sales strategy
- Build and maintain operational excellence
- Deliver intelligent reporting and actionable analysis
Key responsibilities include:
- Track business performance (diagnostic and predictive analysis) and provide high quality data-driven insights to drive go-to-market decisions
- Advise senior members of Cyncly’s sales and broader go-to-market organisation on growing and optimizing their businesses, and to help them achieve their long-term strategic priorities
- Lead strategic and operational projects (e.g., customer segmentation, monthly/quarterly operational reviews, process improvement and automation)
- Establish strong working relationships with global peers in other cross functional teams to drive buy-in on key strategic decisions and achieve shared company objectives.
Requirements:
- Good English communication, writing, listening and reading skills;
- Previous experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Investment Banking or Consulting strongly preferred;
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field;
- Proficient in data analysis and management;
- Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales cycle management.
- Thorough understanding of SaaS industry business practices related to Revenue Operations processes and systems (SFDC, CPQ, Opportunity, Pipeline and Forecast Management, Process Excellence, Reporting);
- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills with exceptional attention to detail;
- Proactive and organized. Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations. You are also able to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision;
- Capable of building and sustaining strong and recurrent relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to dispel ambiguity in a clear and concise manner.
