About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Support Specialist to join our team. The Billing Support Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, resolving billing-related inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The candidate in this position should possess excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Availability during Central European Time (CET) (12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST) is a requirement for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

Billing Management:

  • Review and verify accuracy of billing information, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary billing data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor billing schedules, ensuring all billing cycles are executed efficiently.

Customer Communication:

  • Address billing inquiries and concerns from customers promptly and professionally, via email.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and resolving issues to achieve customer satisfaction.

Issue Resolution:

  • Investigate and analyze billing disputes, discrepancies, and other issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex billing problems and prevent future discrepancies.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation within the billing cycle to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless billing processes and effective communication.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance billing and customer support procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, support, accounts receivable, or related roles.
  • Proven work experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
