Compensation Currency: Brazilian Real (BRL)

Contract: Permanent Full Time (CLT) - 42h/week

About the Role

Your role is to ensure that our e-commerce revenue continues to grow within all markets, and to help improve the E-Commerce system used and our go-to-market approach. You will also help liaison with other teams in order to ensure successful communication regarding E-Commerce, Operations and other activities to help build a strong team dynamic.

What will you do?

  • Operate and fine tune the E-Commerce systems
  • Monitor, analyze and (based on data) continuously improve our online customer journey
  • Day-to-day point of contact of the Sales and Success teams to increase E-Commerce adoption, grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work with the Marketing team to collaborate on demand generation programs
  • Design and maintain key performance indicators and customer survey dashboards

What we are looking for

Ambitious, high achiever with a passion for marketing through technology. Marketing and E-Commerce experienceis a bonus but not required for a candidate who demonstrates the right analytical qualities. You must be motivated by meeting and exceeding measurable result targets and be someone who is always thinking of ideas that make improvements.

You will be joining a global and growing team, so what we expect you to have:

  • Excellent English skills (able to communicate - you will be part of a Global team)
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or Project Management desirable but not required).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytics skills and love for data-driven businesses.
  • Previous experience with CRM (like Salesforce or Hubspot) and Business Intelligence solutions (like Power BI).
  • Experience on most common E-Commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service or end to end customer relationship value a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized. Able to multitask.
