About the role (Product Manager – Flex Platform PaaS – Core)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our cutting-edge Flex Platform. As the leader for the Flex Platform Core, you will play a crucial role in defining requirements, driving technical requests, and setting priorities to ensure the platform is being the central hub serving as a PaaS to our applications at Cyncly.

Making sure it has great performance, availability, and interoperability across the products. The platform will empower our applications at Cyncly, enabling our customers to track what matters most and achieve remarkable sales results.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core of Flex Platform, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable plans for the platform's development.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure efficient and standardized data management and storage, adhering to governance policies and integration mechanisms.
  • Monitor platform performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize user experience and reliability.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Flex Platform, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Be the focal point when defining the requirements and needs across the multiple developments of the platform related to its core components.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in developing and managing PaaS solutions.
  • Deep understanding of data management, storage, and integration within large-scale platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in defining product strategies, roadmaps, and delivering successful products to market.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
