Contract: Permanent Full Time (CLT) - 42h/week

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Functional Analyst to join our People team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Human Resources Information System and understanding of HR processes. This role involves collaborating with a team and stakeholders across 23 countries to support, maintain, and enhance our Oracle HCM system.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle HCM system-related issues, enhancements, and projects.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with global HR policies and regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM updates, patches, and releases, assessing their impact and implementing necessary changes.
  • Participate in global HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new module implementations.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience with HRIS, preferably with Oracle HCM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and related tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HRIS data.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Experience working in a multi-country environment is a plus.
  • Oracle HCM certification is preferred.
