About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Technical Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HRIS software (Oracle HCM) and a deep understanding of its technical architecture and associated technologies. The role involves troubleshooting assistance, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS.

Key Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolve technical issues related to the Oracle HCM Cloud applications and associated integrations.
  • Update technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to address unique business requirements using Oracle HCM Cloud tools.
  • Customize and configure HRIS applications based on organizational requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for HRIS users, addressing inquiries, and resolving system issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design and implement system enhancements, upgrades, and updates.
  • Assist in planning and executing upgrades, ensuring that the system is up-to-date and aligned with the latest functionalities.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and share insights with the HR team.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience with Oracle HCM.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and related tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in working hours to accommodate varying business needs.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven experience in Oracle implementation project.
  • Ability to navigate and thrive in a rapidly changing work environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HRIS data.
  • Responsiveness to user inquiries and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Ability to identify root causes of issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proactive approach to staying updated on the latest HR technology trends, HRIS software updates, and industry best practices.
  • Thoroughness in conducting system audits and quality checks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize HRIS processes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages relevant to HRIS customization and integration
  • Expertise with fast formulas, complex security roles and privileges, integration with other systems, end to end employee life cycle, performance, and salary review.
