About the position

Cyncly is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to join our global marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to build Cyncly’s brand presence and engage with our customers across various platforms. Our social media manager will work with Cyncly subject matter experts across a range of industries including interior design, retail, manufacturing, windows and doors, and flooring to create content that adds value to our customers and extends our leadership in the Spaces for Living industry. The ideal candidate can think strategically, master information on a range of subjects, and execute the social media strategy in collaboration with a global team.

Key responsibilities:

As Social Media Specialist, you will work within Cyncly's Communications team and collaborate with team members across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

  • Strategy Development: Implement, manage and update Cyncly’s comprehensive social media strategy in alignment with overall marketing goals and brand positioning.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, as well as other channels.
  • Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, while fostering a positive community around our brand.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Design, Sales and Customer Success teams to develop content and ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Analytics: Monitor performance and update strategies to optimize engagement, reach and other metrics.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and the B2B technology space, and implement relevant strategies to keep Cyncly ahead of the curve.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Solid experience in social media management within the B2B technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing social media channels for a B2B brand, with a portfolio of past campaigns and results.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive communication.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and project management software.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content that resonate with a professional audience.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A true passion for social media, digital marketing, and developing your skills.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required. Spanish, French or German are a plus.
