What we expect from you

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of being a key contributor in a high-performing sales operations function in a high-growth B2B company with subscription products. By utilizing various techniques such as statistical analysis and data mining, this role supports developing solutions and recommendations for the organization. They will be hands-on achievers who move quickly from strategic/conceptual to tactical/operational issues and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves. The candidate should be a strong influencer, collaborator, and driver of change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the global revenue organization in general, and on topics of compensation and commissions in general
  • Drive continuous improvement to achieve and maintain operational excellence for the Revenue Organization
  • Ensure all business-critical data is captured and workflows/automation are efficient
  • Develop insights, present findings, and make educated recommendations
  • Generate performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior Sales leadership
  • Bring creative solutions to a broad range of operational challenges
  • Use advanced technology tools to drive business intelligence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication, writing, listening and reading skills;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel is a must (working knowledge of advanced analytics tools Python, R, PowerBI, etc. is a plus)
  • Solid work experience in sales operations & strategic planning. Analytical background is a plus (degree in a STEM field)
  • Experience partnering with cross functional stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft recommendations and results into easily digestible messages, communications, and executive presentations
  • Experience working through ambiguity to provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing compensation plans and incentive schemes is a plus
