About the Role
In order to achieve our ambitions, Cyncly is searching for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive our customer marketing activities in EMEA/APAC. The customer marketing manager’s main responsibility is to build and execute the customer marketing plan to support the EMEA/APAC sales team in achieving their targets. The customer marketing manager reports into the VP of Field
Marketing and is responsible for the customer marketing initiatives, aligns with the product marketing managers, the field marketing director in EMEA as well as the global marketing program director, and is a key partner in executing the business-unit specific Move and grow plans in the region. As we are on a transformational journey, the successful candidate must be able to both cover the future state of our ambition as well as being hands-on as we move quickly to challenge our status quo.
Key Position Responsibilities include:
- Build & deliver the customer marketing program plan and track execution.
- Drive next level of the customer marketing practice to achieve regional sales objectives more efficiently.
- Review, measure & optimize ongoing initiatives in our program tracker to make data driven decisions to improve results.
- Continuously improve ways of working in collaboration with regional & functional sales teams.
- Represent marketing in customer marketing task forces and manage the customer communications calendar.
Required experience and qualifications:
- 5+ years in experience in marketing in tech industry.
- Track record in driving successful marketing programs for existing customers to either move or grow them.
- Hands-on experience of managing multiple stakeholders in sales and business through data and reports.
- Must be self-driven/able to work independently but also be able to work as part of a global team.
- Native English speaker with excellent written skills to craft and run customer programs.
