About the Role

As a QA Engineer with Cyncly AI Center of Innovation, you'll develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the highest quality for our AI/ML products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate product stability, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Key Position Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for our products, ensuring that all functional and nonfunctional requirements are met.
• Execute test cases and accurately report test results, defects, and other quality-related issues using appropriate tools and systems.
• Conduct thorough regression, integration, APIs and system testing to validate the stability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to understand project requirements, identify potential issues, and propose improvements to enhance product quality.
• Build and Audit Quality processes.

Required experience and qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or any similar technical education.
• 0-1 year of working experience as a QA engineer with automation skills
• Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyse data.
• Able to work with data analysts and machine learning engineers closely to understand solution and the keys asks for quality assurance.
• Some exposure to testing methodologies and concepts like test levels, types is a plus.
• Below tech skills would be useful: Language: Python, Java-Script.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
