About the Role:

As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In Sales Development, we are the first point of contact for our customers, and it is our job to develop these future relationships. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will prospect, qualify, and generate customer leads to assist in Cyncly’s overall business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Research and identify potential clients, understanding their business needs and challenges
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify leads using the BANT methodology
  • High volume outbound calls
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to create a pipeline of opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage prospect interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to effectively communicate our value proposition

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Development position
  • Experience in SaaS tech or a high growth environment is preferred
  • Business fluency in English
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Experience making cold calls to decision makers
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles, hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Engaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer
  • Experience in using Salesloft, Gong and Salesforce is a bonus
