About the Role

This position will report to the Manager of the Renewals Analyst team and be a part of a team responsible for maximizing the renewal rates of our Small Business subscription customers in North America. This will require cross-functional engagement across multiple teams within Cyncly

.

The successful candidate needs to have a successful track record in running efficient and effective operations to support a customer facing team, with demonstrated experience in working cross functionally with all teams who are a part of the renewal process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Running and maintaining all renewal related processes.
  • Partnering with the Renewals team to provide operational support in running and maintaining all processes for the renewal activities related to the Small Business customer segment.
  • Supporting our customers through phone, online chat and email for any renewal related inquiries.
  • Identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities for our Sales team.
  • Maintaining CRM data integrity by recording and updating all opportunities and touch points.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction and gathering customer feedback to share with the business.
  • Perform regular activity monitoring and reporting.

Key performance indicators include:

  • Monthly renewal rates for Cyncly Small Business customers.
  • Successful execution of ad-hoc programs and campaigns

Required experience and qualifications:

The Customer Experience Renewals Analyst will need to have strong interpersonal skills, be empathetic and have strong listening skills, be a team player, and possess a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Fluent English (C1+)
  • Experience in Renewals/Sales/Customer Experience
  • Track record of running and maintaining operational processes effectively and efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of using CRM (E.g., Salesforce, Totango).
  • Microsoft Excel user.
  • Experience working in the Software industry is preferred.
