About the Role:

The role involves processing dispatch requests via ZenDesk or other channels, setting up licensing tools, and coordinating with internal teams like implementation, training, and support. Responsibilities include handling licensing queries, access requests, churn requests, and on-stop requests, as well as processing license replacements and catalogue requests from the portal, sales, and support teams.

Availability from 12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST is a requirement for this role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Dispatch Requests
  • Handle all dispatch requests received via ZenDesk tickets or alternative channels if not yet processed through Rainbow.
  • Set up and manage licensing tools.
  • Communicate with customers to provide necessary details regarding dispatch.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., implementation, training, support) to ensure proper coordination and communication regarding dispatch.
  • Licensing Queries & Support
  • Address queries related to licensing, including:
  • Access requests from any department.
  • Clarification of licensing details for the sales team.
  • Churn requests in coordination with Finance and CSM teams.
  • "On Stop" requests in coordination with Finance.
  • License Replacements
  • Process license replacement requests efficiently.
  • Catalogue Requests
  • Manage catalogue requests received via the portal, sales teams, and support teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and with customers.
  • Proficiency in handling ticketing systems like ZenDesk.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
