About the Role
You will be part of our newly formed Global Billing team servicing 23 countries across the world.

Key Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day running of the global billing team.
• Support on sales forecasting.
• Support on global project to improve processes.
• Review, approve and issue accurate invoices.
• Create and issue credit memos.
• Resolving billing issues.
• Liaise daily with CS teams and Sales to ensure accurate billing.

Required Experience:

• Experience working in a processing/admin role/billing role.
• Minimum of 3 years managing a team.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Ability to support high volumes.

Required skills:

• Proficient English language skills, any other language would be an asset.
• Ability to time manage and prioritize.
• Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones.
• Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail.
• Service oriented.
• Excellent written/communication skills.
