Position Overview:

As a Strategic Sales Solutions Partner at Cyncly, you will be a key player in our go-to market strategy, working closely with the Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and shared with the different functions.

This role is both technical and strategic, as you will drive pre-sales efforts through subject matter expertise, customer tailored demos and solutioning guidance.

You'll engage deeply with prospects and existing customers, acting as a technical consultant during the sales process to ensure successful alignment with Cyncly's suite of products.

This role also includes working with a team of solutions partners, providing vertical expertise, and collaborating across business units to meet growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Sales Technical Support:

  • Partner with Sales in Discovery conversations to understand prospects' business needs and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance, solution recommendations, and architecture advice during the pre-sales process.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to decision-makers and senior leadership within target audiences. o Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, guiding them through evaluation, success criteria, and ROI of Cyncly solutions.

• Solution Development & Customization:

  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to create customized adoption plans aligned with product roadmaps.
  • Support proposal development by crafting responses to RFPs/RFIs that showcase the value of Cyncly’s solutions.
  • Maintain demonstration environments ensuring product features are functional and showcase full capabilities of software.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as the bridge between Sales, CRO, and General Managers to ensure alignment with Cyncly’s growth goals.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies, providing insights into market trends, customer needs, and product updates.
  • Provide continuous feedback to internal teams (Product, Professional Services, etc.) regarding product improvement and customer demands.

• Customer Engagement & Success:

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to target and service existing customers through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to retain customers, meeting new client acquisition sales targets – which includes hitting Business Unit (BU) quota and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with assigned customers to uncover new business opportunities. Work closely with key stakeholders to support growth strategies and maximize revenue potential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Service-oriented with a proactive approach to solving customer challenges and anticipating objections.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to digest and communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for onsite engagements (tradeshows, industry and Cyncly events).
  • Ability to independently create and present tailored solutions, while collaborating with leadership for more complex needs.
