About the role

As a Deal Desk Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing pricing, deal structuring, and contract management expertise. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for both the company and its clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as a Business Partner to the Sales Team and as a subject matter expert on all Deal Desk processes, best practices, and systems (e.g. Salesforce, Conga Composer)
  • Assist the Sales Team in building non-standard or complex orders
  • Assist with administrative tasks including managing Salesforce for data integrity, updating accounts, editing reports
  • Support the Sales Team with contract signature process
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to learn business needs and help facilitate the deal process (e.g. structuring deals/contracts, approvals, and order management)
  • Review deals for accurate terms, billing information and pricing to ensure that data included in contracts aligns with Cyncly’s internal systems and policies

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations/Deal Desk or related role
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Innate problem solving skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work on both long-term projects and requests that require a quick turnaround
