  • Implement and manage scalable, repeatable frameworks for quarterly release planning and project tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and predictability by implementing metrics-driven processes and rigorous assessment cycles.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with organizational goals.
  • Lead planning and execution of enterprise-scale business systems implementation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor financial performance across projects; manage forecasts, budgets, and spend tracking.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and executive sponsors to provide transparency into status, risks, and issues.
  • Apply Agile principles to drive incremental delivery and cross-team coordination.
  • Assure that modern technologies such as generative AI are being used to maximum positive effect on the efficiency, velocity, and value of programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain program-level dashboards, reporting metrics, and documentation to support transparency and governance.
