The Role:

The 3CAD Implementation Analyst is an integral part of one or more working groups involved in various projects. This role benefits from the support of both senior and junior consulting resources, assigned Project Managers, and the company’s PMO (Project Management Office). The primary responsibilities involve writing configuration logic on the platform while maintaining continuous communication with both the client and the project team. The main objective of the 3CAD Implementation Analyst is to implement the most suitable solution for the client’s needs, based on analyses and evaluations carried out with, or with the support of, more experienced colleagues in the 3Cad field. This role offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in catalog development and technical training for clients, as well as to participate in project analysis and management phases, although without direct responsibility in these areas.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Supports the client’s team in the development of the 3CAD catalog, providing technical support in terms of architecture-building techniques and data configuration.
  • Trains the client’s team with the goal of making them autonomous in most data development and maintenance activities.
  • Actively collaborates with the Project Manager assigned to the project.
  • Creates and manages 3Cad catalogs, entering and maintaining configuration logic on the platform.
  • Carries out the technical project activities planned by the Project Manager and the client.
  • Participates in the analysis of workflow and order processes and follows up on resulting activities, although without direct responsibility.
  • Participates in the analysis of interfacing with other systems (ERP, MES, WMS, E-COMMERCE, etc.), although without direct responsibility.
  • Test configuration and solutions to ensure they satisfy customer requirements.
  • Manage and update task assignments to meet company and customer commitments.
  • Support knowledge transfer to other team members.
  • Commitment to building long and lasting client relationships.
  • Limited travel is required.

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years prior experience in software development and or implementation
  • JavaScript coding experience strongly preferred and willingness to learn 3CAD specific coding
  • C# experience highly desired, but not mandatory
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Excellent command of commonly used software (web browsers, Office suite, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing concepts and principles and prior experience in furniture production and/or woodworking industry is an advantage
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, able to work in fast paced environments and execute on multiple concurrent project tasks
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communicator to varied audiences and good problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with skills to absorb, analyze and practically apply technical information to a variety of customer environments
  • Familiar with Microsoft productivity tools
  • Experience with reporting services
