Location: Caxias do Sul - Hybrid

Contract: Internship

Work Hours: 6h/day - 08:00 to 15:00

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, technical support, and the living space industry. Over the extension of the contract, you will rotate across different business areas – Kitchen, Bathroom, Furniture & Retail (KBFR), Flooring, and Windows, Doors & Glass (WDG) – to develop a broad foundation in customer engagement and problem-solving.

You will work closely with experienced Team Leads and Support Agents, learning how to deliver exceptional service to our customers, manage tickets, follow processes, and understand the metrics that drive successful support operations.

What you’ll learn and do (Main Responsibilities)

  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle incoming tickets and requests, building strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Problem solving: Develop investigative thinking to diagnose and resolve technical and product-related issues.
  • Processes & Metrics: Learn the core processes, SLAs, and KPIs that underpin global support operations.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside team leads and cross-functional colleagues to ensure smooth customer experiences.
  • Industry knowledge: Gain insight into the global living space software industry and how our products support customers worldwide.

What we’re looking for

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Advanced English (C1+).
  • Strong interest in customer service, technology, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
