About the role

As an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic decisions across the business. You’ll transform data into clear, actionable insights that help leaders make timely and informed choices. You will analyze variations in revenue, margins, costs, and cash flow, identifying key risks and opportunities. Additionally, you’ll oversee the entire process — from data extraction and validation to delivering accurate analyses and strategic recommendations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Turn numbers into concise, decision-ready summaries — providing key insights, options, and your recommendation.
  • Take full ownership of your deliverables: extract data, validate consistency, reconcile sources, and deliver on time with minimal rework.
  • Explain the “so what?” behind changes in revenue, margins, costs, and cash flow — highlighting risks, opportunities, and ownership for solutions.
  • Support the planning and forecasting cycles for your areas, ensuring agile iterations and a clear, cohesive narrative.
  • Build and maintain clean, reliable reports and dashboards, and improve recurring processes through automation.
  • Bring structure to cross-functional work by ensuring a single source of truth, clear ownership, defined deadlines, and consistent updates.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Nice-to-have

  • Background in FP&A or Controllership; software/SaaS exposure.
  • Familiarity with tools like Oracle EPM/HCM, Power BI, and slide tools.
