Our software supports many of the leading manufacturing companies worldwide and is used by over 10,000 customers.

Cyncly was created in September of 2022 as the new brand to unite Compusoft, 2020 and their affiliate companies after the two companies merged in 2021. The combined group created a global software powerhouse with more than 2,300 employees and 70,000+ customers across 100+ countries.

About the Role

The purpose of this role is to acquire new customers for Soft Tech through utilizing Soft Tech’s product and service offerings. The role will work closely with the Account Management team and the wider Sales & Marketing team to ensure strategic growth within our portfolio of window and door (fenestration) clients in the US region.

You will be focused on searching out new opportunities and getting clients to uncover unmet needs and challenges that we can solve through our products and services including:

  • Working with small to enterprise level window and door companies throughout North America
  • Achieving an agreed sales target through the acquisition of new customers
  • New business planning and market mapping
  • Campaign and marketing planning with our Marketing Manager
  • Lead development and engagement
  • Effective customer hand-overs to Account Management team
  • Presenting and speaking at events
  • Provide support and guidance to Strategic Account Manager
  • Ensure concise and focused customer centric communication with all parties

Required Skills/Experience

  • Strong understanding of the window and door (fenestration) industry with a minimum of 3-5 years working with and/or selling to corporate clients in this space.
  • Proven verifiable track record building relationships with C-Suite decision makers
  • Strong relationship building skills and ability to lead cross-functional work teams to deliver against a common goal
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex commercial solutions with long sales cycles
  • Ability to work in an agile, constantly changing environment. If you come alive with variety and challenge, you will love this position
  • A solid understanding and attraction to technology, gadgets and the latest ways to make life and business work better
  • Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills coupled with the ability to explain complex solutions simply
  • You are coachable and have a willingness to learn from others

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction or Engineering discipline
  • Estimating/manufacturing software experience
  • V6 experience preferred but not essential

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
