About the Role
As an Account Executive for the Manufacturing vertical at Cyncly, you will be responsible for driving growth and digital transformation within a portfolio of key industrial manufacturing accounts—especially in the kitchen, bathroom, furniture, woodworking, and custom interior production sectors.
You’ll represent Cyncly’s industry-leading solutions to help manufacturers accelerate their design-to-manufacture workflows, optimize production processes, and elevate the customer experience through advanced configuration and visualization tools.
You will also leverage your expertise in ERP and integrated manufacturing systems to support clients in streamlining operations, improving data integration, and driving end-to-end process efficiency across their value chain.
Reporting to the Sales Manager for APAC, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to execute strategic plans, find & win new business, and expand existing accounts.
Key Position Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic manufacturing accounts across India & APAC, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.
- Understand and map client business goals & align them with Cyncly’s technology stack, including ERP, MES, and CPQ solutions.
Collaborate with Cyncly sales team & solutions overlay team to expand reach and support sales opportunities with new and existing customers. - Collaborate with Professional Services and implementation teams to ensure excellent post-sale service delivery.
- Identify and acquire new customers in the industrial and furniture manufacturing sectors through proactive outreach, referrals, and partner collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT/engineering leads.
- Analyze customer needs and align them to Cyncly’s digital ecosystem, from sales configuration to factory and ERP integration.
- Stay current on industry trends such as AI, Industry 4.0, digital twins, and advanced CPQ, and use these insights to shape client conversations and growth strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce and digital sales tools like Consensus, Gong, 6sense to maintain accurate pipeline, reporting, and forecasting.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- We are looking for a strong sales performer to drive growth and expand our presence across India & APAC. Must have a strong track record of selling and driving deals with manufacturers from initial engagement through to contract close, with a clear ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in B2B software, with a strong focus on the manufacturing or industrial production sector.
- Proven experience with ERP systems and their implementation within manufacturing environments (e.g., SAP, Delta System, etc.).
- Knowledge of furniture production, cabinetmaking, interior design manufacturing, or related industries is a significant plus.
- Experience with CAD/CAM, MES, ERP, or CPQ systems is highly valued.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to drive value-based discussions at executive and operational levels.
- Experience managing both direct and channel-driven sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and digital prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel throughout India & APAC for customer meetings, factory visits, and industry events.
