About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Cyncly, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored software solutions that enhance their operations. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and inbound marketing efforts.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct cold and warm outreach via phone, email, and digital communication to prospective clients.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer pain points, business challenges, and objectives.
  • Product Demonstrations: Effectively present and demonstrate Cyncly's software solutions to potential clients, highlighting how they meet specific needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and ongoing product education.
  • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and evolving customer needs to effectively position Cyncly’s offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the kitchen and bath design industry is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with kitchen and bath design software (e.g., 2020 Design) is preferred
  • Experience in sales, specifically targeting SMB clients, with a proven track record of success in new logo acquisition
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
  • Spanish is an asset

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $40,000 - $48,000 CAD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
