About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Manager to join our high-performing sales
team at Cyncly. You will lead a team of six full-time remote SDRs responsible for
generating high-quality demos for our Account Executives across the Flooring and
Kitchen & Bath verticals.
This team exclusively sells Cyncly Websites, our website platform built to help dealers
drive more leads, convert more shoppers, and grow their business. This is a leadership
role with full ownership of SDR performance, strategy, and culture—but you should
expect to be hands-on, joining calls and coaching live when needed.
Our newest offering is a strategic extension of Cyncly’s trusted design software, giving
you the chance to bring a new product category to an existing customer base that
already values what we do.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of six SDRs to hit demo scheduling and
attendance goals
• Own team KPIs: demos scheduled, demo quality, and conversion from demo to
Closed Won/Closed Lost
• Build and refine outbound strategy, scripts, testing programs, and messaging
across flooring and K&B verticals
• Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing training
• Own SDR hiring, onboarding, process development, and career progression
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality, campaign
alignment, and handoff processes
• Jump into calls when needed to model best practices and support reps in real

Required Experience
• 3+ years of experience in SDR/BDR leadership or inside sales management
• Proven track record managing SDR/BDR teams that consistently hit or exceed
demo generation goals
• Experience in SaaS required; experience in vertical SaaS or home-improvement–
adjacent industries preferred
• Strong background in outbound sales: script development, cold calling
coaching, sequencing, and testing
• Expertise with Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales enablement tools
• Clear communicator with strong operational discipline and a bias toward action
• Thrives in a remote, fast-moving environment

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is [$100,000 - $110,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
