About the role
As a UI/UX Designer, you'll be responsible for making the user experience even better. You will be part of a Global UX/UI Team, attentive to the market and seeking to bring innovative solutions to our customers, participating collaboratively in different areas.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create interfaces considering excellent usability, navigability and information architecture;
- Relevant experience with user Onboarding or Membership processes on SaaS platforms;
- Ensure consistency in Design standards;
- Collaborate with the development team in ideation studies, research and testing;
- Execute all Visual Design stages, from creating concepts to handoff to the Development team;
- Develop high-fidelity flows, wireframes and prototypes based on user needs;
- Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes that are navigable.
Requirements:
- Hands-on attitude;
- Willingness to work with people (clients, PMs, POs, key stakeholders, etc);
- Proven experience in UI/UX Design and Web/Mobile projects;
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps;
- Proficiency in the main Visual Design and Wireframing tools (Figma);
- Portfolio that proves your talent and quality of delivery;
- Proven experience in user research is an advantage;
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing and listening).
