About the Role
The Digital Transformation Manager is a senior technical leadership role responsible for the successful execution and delivery of Cyncly’s core IT infrastructure and cloud-based projects. This Manager leads and guides the Infrastructure Delivery team, overseeing the translation of strategic designs into high-quality, production-ready technical solutions. Primary focus is managing the delivery pipeline -ensuring technical specifications are accurately decomposed, resources are optimally allocated, and implemented solutions meet high operational, security, and architectural standards across Cloud (Azure) and Hybrid environments.


Key Position Responsibilities Include:

Leadership and Delivery Management

  • Manage, lead, and mentor the technical team responsible for infrastructure delivery, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and technical mastery.
  • Delegate and orchestrate the workload across the team, ensuring efficient resource utilization and alignment with project timelines and priorities.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance during the implementation phase, serving as the escalation point for complex technical delivery challenges.
  • Own the suitability and compliance of the delivered technical solution architecture, ensuring it meets all functional, non-functional, and security requirements.

Architecture and Solution Governance

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to understand technical specifications and ensure proper design for Azure application infrastructure and platform solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Decompose high-level technical solution specifications into actionable work packages, documenting prerequisites, dependencies, and risk for the delivery team.
  • Develop and document detailed technical infrastructure solution designs and specifications to guide the implementation team.
  • Assess technical options, evaluate emerging technologies, and conduct technical proofs of concept (PoC) to validate proposed designs, reduce technical risk, and minimize uncertainty in level of effort.

Project Planning and Estimation

  • Estimate the level of effort (LoE) required for technical specifications and collaborate with Project Managers on comprehensive resource planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor implementation progress to ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous process improvement within the delivery function to enhance efficiency and accelerate time-to-market for new infrastructure services.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Should be a Graduate (preferably Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field) with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure design, implementation, and management.
  • At least 3-5 years of direct experience in a people management or technical team lead role within an infrastructure delivery context.
  • Should have good experience in utilizing AI tools and agents to augment quality and speed of delivery and project management outcomes
  • Deep experience in designing, implementing, and managing Cloud (Azure), on-premise, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  • Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud technologies (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS) and their application to enterprise solutions.
  • Networking: Expertise in network management, including Routing & Switching, VPNs, and Firewall administration (e.g., Cisco ASA or similar enterprise firewalls).
  • Virtualization & Compute: Exposure to VMware Virtualization and practical knowledge of storage solutions and preparing server/network equipment hardware specifications.
  • Identity Management: Strong familiarity with Active Directory and its integration into cloud environments.

  • Delivery Focus: Excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills with a proven ability to deliver on commitments while managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Self-driven with minimal supervision required, energetic with a positive attitude.
