About the role

As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing, builing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure for customer insights data. You will work on creating secure, automated data pipelines, managing ETL processes, and enabling AI/ML capabilities. Collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Insights, Customer Success and Operations, you’ll ensure data quality, reliability, and timeliness while maintaining technical documentation and optimizing analytics infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and maintain secure, automated data pipelines and integrations connecting Snowflake, Totango, CustomerGauge, and other designated tools to enable near real-time feedback and reporting.
  • Oversee ETL processes and integration rules, ensuring reliable, accurate, and low-latency delivery of customer health and feedback data. Conduct monthly data quality audits and report findings to the Customer Insights team.
  • Develop and implement a standardized, unified data schema. Manage platform configuration and system-of-record logic for all insight sources, with quarterly reviews and updates.
  • Coordinate the technical design and deployment of AI/ML models for predictive analytics, automation, and anomaly detection, in partnership with relevant cross-functional teams.
  • Manage survey trigger automation, business logic for health score refreshes, and success metric calculations, with documented workflows and change logs.
  • Ensure best practices in data validation, governance, monitoring, security, and regulatory compliance, following company and industry standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of all integrations and admin configurations. Provide training and technical support to internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Lead technical support for data enrichment, continuous optimization, new platform rollouts, and escalation of vendor issues, with clear escalation paths and response timelines.
  • Proactively identify technological gaps and advise on system scalability or automation enhancements, providing quarterly recommendations to leadership.

Required skills and competencies

  • Solid experience building and maintaining data solutions within SaaS environments, with expertise in ETL, SQL, Snowflake, and integration middleware.
  • Demonstrated ability to automate data flows, support machine learning development, and administer platforms such as Totango and CustomerGauge.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey analytics, segmentation, and data governance.
  • Proven skills in documentation, troubleshooting, and providing internal support for platform transformation, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Advanced English (C1+).
