About the role

As a Training Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) across multiple product lines, supporting both customer and internal training initiatives. This role manages administrative and operational tasks such as user enrollment, course publishing, certification tracking, and issue resolution, while coordinating live virtual sessions, webinars, and onsite events. Working closely with Training Managers, you will help execute training strategies, maintain course accuracy, and deliver high-quality learning experiences. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment are essential.

Main responsibilities

  • Assist Training Managers in executing training initiatives, including onboarding programs, product trainings, certification offerings, and customer education projects.
  • Manage training calendars and maintain clear communication with internal team and customers regarding upcoming sessions.
  • Assist with logistics for virtual and onsite training events, including scheduling, registration setup, onsite setup, attendee communication, and follow-up.
  • Monitor course completion, certification status, and training metrics to support reporting needs.
  • Troubleshoot learner access issues and coordinate resolution with support teams as needed.
  • Help prepare training assets such as slide decks, documents, templates, and communications.
  • Support quality assurance by proofreading or testing training materials prior to launch.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Training team as needed.

Required skills and competencies

  • Experience supporting software training or customer education programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English (C1+).
  • Good listening skills (active listening).
  • Customer-focused profile.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different channels.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously.
  • Team player and collaborative approach to working .
  • Basic understanding of MS-Office tools.
