About the role
As a Training Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and conducting training with a focus on promoting an experience of excellence and maximizing the perceived value of the software. You will act as a technical and strategic reference for the training team, ensuring the creation and multiplication of content that meets the needs of customers, as well as training specialists to replicate knowledge in line with Customer Success best practices and user engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver face-to-face and online training on the use of software for customers and internal teams;
- Act as a technical reference for the team, providing support and guidance on the use of the company's products;
- Conduct briefings with customers to identify specific needs and design personalized training;
- Creating scripts, developing content and teaching materials for training, courses, workshops and lectures;
- Assessing the technical capacity of partners and instructors in order to certify them to provide training on the software;
- Planning, organizing and running courses, workshops, lives and other educational events for different audiences;
- Planning logistics and scheduling training, allocating the necessary resources, such as instructors, materials and equipment;
- Monitoring the progress of training participants and providing feedback;
- Collecting feedback on training programs and identifying opportunities for improvement in the materials and methodologies applied;
- Being a reference in knowledge and usability of multiple products at Cyncly;
- Multiply content formulated in an appropriate format, training instructors to be able to replicate knowledge effectively;
- Updating training content whenever there are new functionalities or software updates;
- Collaborate with the Support and Customer Success teams to align training strategies with customer demands;
- Train instructors and colleagues with less technical knowledge, ensuring the consistency and quality of the training offered.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Full university degree or credential in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or related areas;
- Experience with Promob;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to a variety of audiences;
- Ability to build relationships, promoting a positive and collaborative learning environment;
- Advanced English (C1+);
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and adapting to change.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS and educational content creation tools;
- Ability to manage training projects, from planning to delivery and evaluation of results.
