Availability between 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST is required to support collaboration with our global teams.


About the Role:
We are seeking a Compliance Lead to oversee and drive the organization’s compliance strategy across IT and business operations. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards while enabling secure and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will lead compliance initiatives, manage audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed governance practices throughout the organization. You will develop and maintain compliance frameworks, monitor regulatory changes, and provide strategic guidance to reduce risk exposure. This position offers the opportunity to shape compliance programs, influence policy development, and work closely with leadership to maintain a strong culture of accountability and transparency. Key Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide compliance programs and frameworks.
  • Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely preparation and resolution of findings.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on organizational policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to embed compliance requirements into operational workflows.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on compliance risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Drive awareness and training programs to promote a culture of compliance across the organization.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports and dashboards to executive leadership and governance committees.
  • Engage with customers to address compliance-related questions, provide documentation, and support customer audits or due diligence processes.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Information Security, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in compliance, governance, or risk management roles
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g. SOC 2).
  • Proven experience managing audits and compliance programs.
  • Ability to communicate compliance posture effectively to external stakeholders and customers.
  • Preferred Certifications: CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor or equivalent.
