About The Role:
As a Global People Business Partner (Director), you play an essential role in establishing and driving People programs/talent initiatives and strategy forward within specific company functions - always ensuring they align with the company's business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the business - drive People strategy and operate with impact.
- Offer thought leadership and coaching regarding organizational and people-related strategy.
- Educate, coach, and partner with leaders on performance management and employee development.
- Working closely with People Team SME’s - provide expertise in the areas of: employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, development and coaching, and compensation.
- Lead organizational development and design efforts for designated functions.
- Collaborate with the broader People & Culture Team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Analyse, interpret and use people data (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to client group.
- Contribute to respective functional leadership teams’ strategic and operational planning.
- Execute against key People OKRs within the supported team but also more broadly across Cyncly.
- Coach and develop members of the broader People team and provide leadership across the function.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience in partnering strategically with senior leaders (up to C-level) in a matrix and international environment.
- Solid business acumen and able to demonstrate broader business impact & thinking.
- At least 10 years of experience as a People / HR Business Partner – experience in another area of HR is a plus.
- A deep knowledge of People / HR programs and practices and able to execute on these independently (performance & merit, talent review, workforce planning, etc.)
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently.
- Willingness to flex time zones to cover our global reach with colleagues around the world. We offer lots of flexibility in exchange for yours.
- Demonstrate change management leadership skills and provide solutions to a wide variety of organizational projects and programs.
- Strong ability to coach and influence to achieve business results.
- Professional-level English required, any other language is an asset.
