About The Role:
The role involves processing dispatch requests via Zendesk or other channels, setting up licensing tools, and coordinating with internal teams like implementation, training, and support. Responsibilities include handling catalogue requests, licensing queries, access requests, churn requests, and on-stop requests, as well as processing license replacements.

Availability from 12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST is a requirement for this role.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Entitlement Requests.
  • Handle all Entitlement requests received via Zendesk tickets or alternative channels if not yet processed through CRM.
  • Communicate with customers to provide necessary details regarding Entitlement requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., implementation, training, support) to ensure proper coordination and communication regarding Entitlements.
  • Catalogue & licensing Queries & Support.
  • Clarification of catalogue and licensing details for the sales team.
  • Churn requests in coordination with Finance and Renewals teams.
  • "On Stop" requests in coordination with Finance.
  • License Replacements.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills across internal teams and with customers with a prerequisite for strong English verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in handling ticketing systems like Zendesk.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and use multiple inhouse developed IT Systems to manage Entitlement Provisions.
