About The Role:
Cyncly’s Transformation Office is building a best-in-class performance rhythm across the business. As a Transformation Analyst, you will execute & industrialise our performance reporting – supporting data readiness, accuracy, and automation to deliver high-impact reporting across stakeholders, including leadership groups. You will partner with Finance, Revenue Operations (RevOps), GTM teams, and beyond, to standardise data definitions, setup data pipelines, and continuously reduce manual effort through automation and AI. The ideal candidate is meticulous, systems-oriented, and able to script, templatise, and scale repeatable reporting so the organisation makes faster, better decisions.
Availability from 12:30 pm IST to 9:30 pm IST is a requirement for this role.

Main Responsibilities:
Performance reporting model and governance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain a controlled data dictionary (definitions, owners, lineage, calculation logic) and secure a single source of truth across BUs.
- Coordinate the data flows that underpin the performance reporting cycle (OKRs, other trading reporting, etc.), ensuring consistency between strategy and metrics.
- Establish QA controls (reconciliation checks, thresholds, unit tests on transformations) and remediate data issues with source teams.
Automation & industrialisation
- Identify manual reporting steps and implement scalable automation to reduce cycle time and defects.
- Use LLMs responsibly to automate data assembly, continuously evaluating quality and bias.
Insight & ad-hoc analysis
- Execute analyses to drive insight into performance reporting that inform leadership decisions.
- Collaborate with BU GMs and across Functions to ensure quarterly BU performance and strategic initiative reporting is complete, consistent, and decision useful.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must-haves
- 3-4 years in analytics/reporting, FP&A/ops analytics, data consulting, or similar high-rigour environment; proven record of delivering executive-grade reporting.
- Advanced Excel and data storytelling; strong SQL; working Python for data prep/automation.
- BI proficiency (e.g. Power BI); scheduling/ELT tooling.
- Data quality practices (validation, reconciliation, monitoring, alerting).
- Demonstrable history of reducing manual work through automation.
- AI-native: ability to design/evaluate prompts, use LLMs for summarisation and commentary generation, build RAG/reporting assistants, and measure accuracy/impact.
- Communications: clear written narratives and presentation materials tailored to senior audiences; ability to influence.
- Collaboration across functions and time zones; comfortable working India-based with global stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, design/manufacturing software, or data-rich product businesses.
