About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Enablement & Onboarding Manager to drive product knowledge, training, and partner enablement across our SaaS Professional Services organization.
This role ensures that new hires, internal teams, and external partners are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Product knowledge enablement: Build and maintain a strong understanding of all products, translating technical updates into clear and accessible training content
- Communication: Transform product release notes into engaging, newsletter-style communications and structured training modules
- Digital training: Design, deliver, and maintain scalable digital learning experiences, including videos, e-learning, and interactive modules
- Onboarding programs: Develop structured onboarding journeys for new hires within Professional Services across EMEA
- Partner enablement: Expand enablement programs to include external partners, ensuring alignment with product strategy and service delivery
- Knowledge management: Maintain a centralized repository of enablement materials, ensuring consistency and ease of access
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Performance measurement: Monitor enablement effectiveness using KPIs, feedback loops, and adoption metrics
Skills & Requirements
- Instructional design expertise with a learner-focused approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex product updates
- Ability to quickly learn and teach new SaaS products
- Project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency with LMS platforms, video editing tools, and collaboration software
- Analytical mindset to measure training impact and iterate based on data
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and external partners
Education
- 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university
- MBA or equivalent preferred (not required)

Experience
- 3–5 years in enablement, onboarding, or training roles within SaaS or Professional Services
- Proven experience in digital learning design and content creation
- Exposure to EMEA markets and regional training nuances
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Customer Success)
Languages
- English proficiency required
- Additional languages are a plus
