About the role

As an Enablement Program Manager you will be responsible to drive product knowledge, training, and partner enablement across our SaaS Professional Services organization. This role will ensure new hires, internal teams, and external partners are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed.

Main responsibilities

  • Product knowledge enablement: Develop a broad understanding of all products and translate technical updates into accessible training content.
  • Communication: Convert product release notes into engaging newsletter-style communications and training modules.
  • Digital training: design, deliver, and maintain scalable digital learning experiences (videos, e-learning, interactive modules).
  • Onboarding programs: build structured onboarding journeys for new hires in Professional Services across EMEA.
  • Partner enablement: expand enablement programs to include external partners, ensuring alignment with product strategy and service delivery.
  • Knowledge management: maintain a centralized repository of enablement materials, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align training with business goals.
  • Performance measurement: track enablement effectiveness through KPIs, feedback loops, and adoption metrics.

Required qualifications

  • Solid experience in enablement, onboarding, or training within SaaS or Professional Services.
  • Experience creating digital learning content and instructional design.
  • Experience managing multiple enablement projects.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (LMS, video editing, collaboration platforms).
  • Advanced English.
  • Exposure to international teams and markets.
  • Strong stakeholder management across internal and external partners.
  • Ability to quickly learn and translate new SaaS products.
  • Analytical mindset to measure training impact and optimize content.
