Job Overview:
Mozaik Software is a global leading provider of manufacturing solutions for the custom cabinet industry. Our software offers end-to-end solutions for planning, designing, visualizing, and manufacturing cabinetry projects, optimizing production on CNC machinery.
We are hiring a Poland-based Market Growth Manager to establish and grow Mozaik’s presence in the Polish market. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role combining sales, presales, training, and market development.
Mozaik is in an exciting growth phase in Poland. Success in this role requires someone who is credible in the industry, confident in conversation, and able to build trust and momentum with customers and partners.
In this market, people buy people before they buy products. Your role is to build trust, demonstrate value clearly, and guide customers from first conversation through to successful onboarding.
Mission:
Build Mozaik’s footprint in Poland by accelerating trials, converting customers, delivering high-quality onboarding and training, and developing strong, trusted relationships across the local industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Presales
- Conduct presales discovery calls and software demonstrations in Polish
- Clearly articulate Mozaik’s value proposition and benefits to cabinet makers and manufacturers
- Confidently handle objections and build trust in Mozaik as a long-term solution
- Convert interest into trials and trials into paid customers
Onboarding & Training
- Onboard customers during the trial period and guide them to first value
- Deliver structured paid training sessions to customers
- Teach customers how Mozaik works and how to apply it effectively in their business
- Act as the primary local point of contact during early customer adoption
Market & Partner Development
- Build and maintain relationships with local CNC machinery vendors, hardware suppliers, and industry partners
- Attend and participate in joint demo days, partner events, and cross-marketing activities
- Network actively within the Polish cabinet manufacturing industry
- Represent Mozaik at local trade shows and industry events, delivering live product demonstrations
Content & Brand Representation
- Ensure Mozaik is represented professionally and consistently in the Polish market
- Contribute to local-language content, demos, and customer stories as required
- Adapt messaging appropriately for the local market while aligning with global positioning
Organisation & Reporting
- Self-manage time effectively across sales, training, and market activities
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and forecasts
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, activity, and market feedback
Qualifications & Experience:
Required
- Fluent Polish and fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience in the cabinet making, joinery, or CNC manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery, production workflows, and shop-floor realities
- Confident communicator who can hold their own in technical and commercial conversations
- Comfortable running software demonstrations and training sessions
- Organised, self-directed, and able to manage a broad scope of responsibilities
