Role Overview:
The Project Manager will be in the Cyncly Websites division, working closely with the Product and Delivery teams to help deliver our Custom Website products. This role involves partnering with key stakeholders across Cyncly Websites to drive the product vision through effective project delivery and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Product and Delivery teams to define, build and launch a unified custom website product offering.
  • Develop and document scalable processes for onboarding and building Custom Websites.
  • Lead stand-ups and project check-ins with the Product and Delivery teams to ensure Custom Website projects progress smoothly and efficiently.
  • Engage directly with Custom Website clients to gather requirements, understand their needs, set expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work with the Product Team to plan, prioritize and build new features for the Custom Website division, coordinating delivery schedules, dependencies and milestones.
  • Monitor project statuses, identify risks or roadblocks, escalate issues as needed, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain project documentation, status reporting, dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress, quality and client satisfaction.
  • Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, refining processes and sharing best practices across the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a technology, software or a digital product environment.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering, delivery) and to work with clients/stakeholders in a consultative, collaborative manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budget/resources, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana or similar).
  • Comfortable working remote, US-based and managing multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience delivering custom website products or digital web solutions.
  • Exposure to onboarding clients for website implementations or digital product launches.
  • Familiarity with UX/design workflows, web technologies or CMS platforms.
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

Compensation:
In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $70,000 - $125,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses, commissions, or equity, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
