About the Role
We are hiring a commercially driven leader to serve as Mozaik’s local growth lead in India. This role is responsible for building momentum, scaling adoption, and strengthening customer and partner engagement across the region.
You will work closely with the India team to set clear priorities, establish effective operating rhythms, and ensure consistent follow-through across sales, onboarding, and customer engagement activities. The role requires strong commercial judgement, confidence in conversation, and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes in a growing market.
Industry experience is not required. Leadership capability, sales mindset, and execution discipline are essential.

Accelerate Mozaik’s growth in India by driving adoption, strengthening customer engagement, developing local partnerships, and building a high-performing, outcome-focused team culture.


Key Position Responsibilities Include:
Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead and develop the India team with clear priorities, expectations, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Establish effective weekly and monthly operating rhythms to drive focus and momentum.
  • Use activity metrics and pipeline data to create visibility, prioritise effort, and support consistent execution.
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and direction to support continuous performance improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and pride in outcomes.

Sales & Commercial Execution

  • Support and, where required, participate in discovery calls, demos, and key commercial conversations.
  • Ensure leads, trials, and payment issues are followed through with clear ownership and timely resolution.
  • Confidently handle objections and guide prospects toward informed commercial decisions.
  • Drive trial-to-paid conversion through structured follow-up and value-based conversations.

Partnerships & Market Development

  • Build and manage relationships with CNC machine suppliers, hardware vendors, and industry partners in India.
  • Represent Mozaik as a credible and professional partner in local market discussions.
  • Identify and execute joint initiatives such as demos, events, and partner-led activities.
  • Attend relevant industry events to increase brand visibility and market engagement.

Reporting & Discipline

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting.
  • Monitor pipeline health, risks, and conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates on performance, activity, and market feedback.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading a sales or commercial team in India.
  • Strong business and sales mindset with comfort in driving numbers and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams with clear performance standards and measurable outcomes.
  • Confident, assertive communicator who commands attention in meetings.
  • Comfortable pushing back, handling rejection, and negotiating.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in a multinational or global organization.
  • Experience building momentum in a new or emerging market.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services.
  • Experience working with partners, distributors, or channel-led growth.
  • Experience scaling or resetting team performance.
  • CRM-driven with strong reporting discipline.
