Mozaik Software is a global leading provider of manufacturing solutions for the custom cabinet industry. Our software offers end-to-end solutions for planning, designing, visualizing, and manufacturing cabinetry projects, optimizing production on CNC machinery.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mozaik Software Trainer to deliver exceptional training and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with our Mozaik software, strong virtual presentation skills, and the ability to effectively document and follow up on training sessions. This role requires a professional who can translate complex software functionality into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive virtual training sessions using Zoom and other video conferencing platforms
- Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to client needs and skill levels
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of all training sessions, including meeting notes, action items, and follow-up requirements
- Provide timely and professional follow-up communications to clients post-training
- Deliver engaging customer presentations that demonstrate software features and best practices
- Respond to client questions and troubleshoot issues during and after training sessions
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide client feedback and suggestions for software improvements
- Stay current with software updates and new features to ensure training materials remain accurate and comprehensive
- Develop familiarity with Unit testing and PSR Standards
- Master Software Development lifecycle, standards and technologies used by the team
- Deliver on time with high quality
- Provide specialized helpdesk support for CNC and Optimizer issues to our customers as needed using our Support Ticketing system
- Ensure our customers receive the necessary support in a timely manner to be successful
- Test and identify potential bugs to send to our QC team
- Representing Mozaik at industry trade shows if/as needed
Qualifications(Preferred):
- Experience in software support
- Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing is an asset
- Strong technology skills are necessary
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate excellent technical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Good knowledge in SOLID design principles and architecture/design patterns
- Team player that puts team first.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships across disciplines and across the organization
