About the role

As a Renewals Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key part in driving subscription renewals for our SMB customers across North America. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless renewal experience, directly impacting the customer retention and long-term value. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and help them stay successful with our solutions.

Main responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly / annual renewal targets;
  • Engage customers pre- and post-renewal to secure retention;
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sales;
  • Maintain accurate CRM records;
  • Collaborate across teams to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback.

Required qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management);
  • Proven track record in customer retention and satisfaction;
  • Advanced English;
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, Totango);
  • Available across all North American time zones and able to follow North American calendar for statutory holiday schedule.
