About the Role

As a Business Implementation Analyst, you will work on the Spaces Flex SaaS product, a cloud-based 3D web design solution used for interior and exterior space planning. The platform integrates with eCommerce, order management, CRM systems, and content platforms to provide an end-to-end digital experience for customers.

In this role, you will collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their business needs, define functional requirements, and design integration solutions. You will support projects from discovery through delivery while ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed discussions with customer stakeholders to understand business goals and technical requirements
• Drive requirements gathering and analysis activities across multiple projects
• Design and document end-to-end solution architectures for integrations
• Support projects from discovery through delivery while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget alignment
• Configure and manage technical aspects of implementations where required
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and customer stakeholders
• Support proposal preparation and contribute to customer presentations

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of solution design, application architecture, and infrastructure planning
• Experience supporting technical software implementations for enterprise-level customers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Experience working with international teams across different time zones
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues when necessary
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Availability for occasional travel to visit clients
• Experience using AI tools to support productivity and task automation
