About the Role

The Head of eCommerce will drive online sales and profitable growth for a portfolio of Cyncly's B2B SaaS products, which are SME-focused and primarily sold via digital channels.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity to shape and deliver the digital commerce strategy for a set of industry-leading products. You will manage day-to-day trading, and also develop plans to increase sales and lifetime value.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive the eCommerce trading, sales and growth strategy for a portfolio of B2B SaaS products focused on the SME sector
  • Drive sales growth by attracting new customers and also driving upsell amongst the existing installed base
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to put in place quarterly and annual plans to drive performance and achieve trading targets
  • Partner with the Digital Experience team to enhance the user experience, boost onsite conversion and optimise the customer buying journey
  • Work with marketing leads to optimise channel performance and prioritise activities across PPC, Social media, SEO, Affiliates and Email
  • Lead digital Go-To-Market Initiatives for major product changes—collaborating with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement promotions and campaigns to meet sales and profitability target
  • Deliver robust performance tracking, insightful reporting and financially sound decision making
  • Provide Executive updates on business performance and forecasts vs targets
  • Benchmark and measure onsite and customer-driven metrics to drive continuous improvement and prioritise improvements.

Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for an energetic, data-driven leader with a deep understanding of ecommerce and digital trading. You’ll need a strong track record of delivering results ideally in an international D2C or B2B eCommerce role. You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings and are a strategic operator, who is always looking for the next opportunity to boost performance.

  • Proven commercial category or portfolio Leader – you have 7+ years of experience in category management and business strategy, ideally in an international D2C or B2B e-commerce role. You’ve owned and contributed significantly to P&L performance
  • A deep passion for eCommerce and a thorough understanding eCommerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing tools
  • Able to lead with warmth and confidence, inspiring those around you
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinker. You’re able to connect the dots between customer insights, product performance, pricing dynamics, and operational levers to define high-impact growth strategies.
  • Business Ownership Mindset. You thrive on responsibility, take full ownership of your domain, and act with a founder’s mentality in identifying growth and profitability opportunities.
  • Strong Commercial Acumen. You understand margin drivers and channel dynamics deeply enough to make data-driven decisions that move the business forward
  • Strong organisational and project management skills. You’re not only great at planning but also at making things happen. You align teams, manage dependencies, and follow through with high standards.
  • Collaborative & Influential – You can navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams. You lead through influence and structured communication.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity – As part of a fast-scaling environment, you know how to operate in changing settings, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly
  • Impeccable English and Exceptional verbal and written communication – able to work effectively in an international environment
  • Relevant 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university
