About the role

In this role, you’ll partner closely with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth, successful implementations of our FeneVision solutions. You’ll guide clients through configuration, testing, and onboarding so they quickly realize value from our products. Your work will include managing tasks and timelines, maintaining clear client-facing documentation, and supporting knowledge transfer across the team. With a strong focus on building long‑term customer relationships, you’ll play a key role in shaping their experience and success.

Main responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and customer project teams to deliver successful implementations of FeneVision products
  • Provide support, and guidance to our customers to help them quickly get value out of our product and solution offerings
  • Test configuration and solutions to ensure they satisfy customer requirements
  • Manage and update task assignment to meet company and customer commitments
  • Creates and updates client facing documentation including, but not limited to, meeting minutes and trip reports
  • Support knowledge transfer to other team members or FeneVision groups
  • Commitment to building long and lasting client relationships

Required qualifications

  • Configure and customize software applications to meet customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain VBScript logic, integrations, and automation routines.
  • Write and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation scripts.
  • Support data modeling, data mapping, and database updates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Solid experience with software implementation, preferably ERP/CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and customer‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working both individually and within global teams.
  • Familiarity with SDLC processes, version control, and ticketing systems.

Nice to have:

  • Additional scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience in manufacturing, logistics, financial, or similar industries is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or workflow automation systems.
  • Background working with manufacturing, logistics, financial, or vertical-specific software.
