About the role

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in helping our Professional Services team deliver smooth and successful customer implementations. In this entry-level role, you’ll support Project Managers and Consultants with organizing project activities, maintaining documentation, scheduling milestones, and validating customer data throughout the implementation. You’ll help keep projects on track, ensure timelines are followed, and confirm data accuracy before training and go‑live. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in software implementation, project coordination, or professional services, working directly with experienced teams and gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Main responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers and consultants in daily project coordination by tracking tasks, milestones, and timelines to ensure on‑schedule delivery;
  • Schedule and organize customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with project plans;
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, project plans, checklists, and status reports;
  • Validate customer data for accuracy and completeness, identifying inconsistencies and coordinating corrections prior to training and go‑live;
  • Document issues, follow-ups, and customer deliverables while ensuring timely communication and resolution across teams;
  • Maintain project tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and implementation processes, supporting consultants with preparation for customer training and workshops.

Required qualifications

  • Previous professional experience;
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel or similar tools;
  • Advanced English;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice to have:

  • Interest in project management, consulting, or software implementation;
  • Experience in flooring, construction, retail, or distribution industries is a plus.
