Job Title: Implementation & Training Specialist

Location: Sao Paulo (Hybrid)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Opened in 2025, our Lisbon Regional Operation Center has grown to over 50 employees within less than ten months, with ambitious plans to expand to 300 employees by 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions to clients to support the successful implementation and adoption of the RFMS business management system
• Develop and execute training agendas tailored to client needs, including workshops, webinars, demonstrations, and individual sessions
• Create training materials such as manuals, reference guides, and tutorials to support user adoption and product knowledge
• Support customers by providing guidance on system usage and best practices to improve operational efficiency
• Assess client workflows and align them with RFMS processes to ensure an effective implementation experience
• Execute implementation plans including defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Use project management tools to track progress and document key implementation activities
• Maintain clear project documentation including meeting notes, progress updates, and key decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, product issues, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation process
• Travel may be required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 1–3 years of experience in software training, implementation, or business process consulting
• Experience delivering training sessions both virtually and onsite
• Familiarity with ERP systems or business management software is preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows
• Service oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients and supporting implementation projects
• Willingness to travel up to 10% when required
