About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and strategically minded Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Chief People & Culture Officer, while also serving as Executive Support Lead for a global EA team. This is a pivotal role sitting within the People Leadership Team, requiring exceptional judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate is an experienced EA who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth global environment, navigates complexity with ease, and elevates executive effectiveness through outstanding organisation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support & Partnership

  • Provide proactive, high‑level support to the CEO and CPCO, anticipating needs and ensuring leaders are fully briefed and prepared for meetings, travel, and strategic priorities.
  • Manage complex, ever‑changing calendars across global time zones, including prioritisation, conflict resolution, and clear communication of changes.
  • Prepare briefing packs, agendas, pre‑reads, talking points, and follow‑up actions for internal and external engagements.
  • Prioritise incoming requests, ensuring the executive’s time and attention are protected.
  • Line manage, lead and coach a high‑performing global EA team, provide a supportive environment, foster collaboration, consistency, and shared best practice.
  • Lead team meetings, onboarding, knowledge‑sharing, and capability-building across the EA function.
  • Drive standardisation, continuous improvement, and professional development across the global EA community.
  • Liaise with senior Executives to align on EA expectations, gather feedback and manage EA performance.
  • End-to-end management of global meetings, workshops, offsites, and leadership events - from scheduling, budget management and preparation to logistics and on-the-day support.
  • Own follow‑up actions, tracking and driving accountability across stakeholders.
  • Plan complex international travel itineraries, including visas, hotels, ground transportation, and contingency planning.
  • Process expenses accurately via SAP Concur, maintain records, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives, People Team rhythm of business activities, business priorities, and culture‑building programmes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Team Leadership & Empowerment: Proven experience in leading or coaching a team. Ability to inspire and empower EA teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and mutual support.
  • Mentoring: Providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to elevate the skills and potential of EA team members.
  • Strategic Alignment: Aligning EA activities with Cyncly Principles and goals, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving efficiency
  • Adaptability: Navigating dynamic and ambiguous environments with flexibility, managing priorities, and leading through change effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excelling in relationship-building with executives, colleagues, and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
