About the Role

As a Project Manager within Professional Services (KBFr), you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation projects for our cloud-based space planning and design platforms. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will act as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and Support. Your role is to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex software implementations across SaaS, eCommerce, Order Management, CRM, and content integrations.

This role requires strong organizational discipline, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead full lifecycle software implementation projects from discovery through go-live.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Manage project budgets and monitor resource allocation.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates.
  • Manage expectations and proactively address risks or scope changes.
  • Escalate issues appropriately while proposing mitigation plans.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.

Risk & Change Management

  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to ensure requirements clarity.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Developers to align on timelines and dependencies.
  • Coordinate testing cycles, UAT activities, and go-live readiness.
  • Support post-implementation transition to Customer Success or Support teams.

Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement

  • Follow Professional Services delivery methodologies and governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in project management tools.
  • Contribute to improvements in delivery frameworks, templates, and reporting.
  • Share lessons learned and best practices across the KBFr team.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Solid experience managing software implementation projects.
  • Experience leading enterprise or mid-market SaaS implementations.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to create and manage project timelines while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Experience working across different time zones.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and reporting efficiency.
  • Available for occasional client travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in 3D design, space planning, or design technology software.
  • Experience within the Kitchen, Bath, or Furniture industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM, eCommerce, or Order Management system integrations.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment.
