  • Execute test cases for eCommerce platforms and customer‑facing portals
  • Validate end‑to‑end business flows across Salesforce, eCommerce, and portal systems
  • Identify defects related to user experience, data consistency, and integrations
  • Collaborate with developers and integrators to reproduce and resolve issues

  • Clearly document reproduction steps, expected vs actual results, and test evidence
  • Work closely with:
    • Salesforce Admins and Developers
    • System Integrators
    • Business and product stakeholders
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, testing cycles, and release readiness activities

Test Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and regression suites
  • Contribute to QA standards, best practices, and testing processes
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and suggest continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a QA Analyst / Test Analyst in enterprise or SaaS environments
  • Hands‑on experience testing Salesforce applications
  • Strong understanding of functional, regression, and UAT testing
  • Ability to work effectively with business and technical teams across time zones
  • Strong attention to detail and clear written communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience testing Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience testing eCommerce platforms or customer portals
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (test plans, work items, defect tracking)
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery environments
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data validation
