About the role
Search Marketing Analyst is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. This role focuses on driving qualified traffic, improving conversion performance, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) through data-driven decision making.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily account management for pay per click accounts on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for a variety of clients.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, negative keywords, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
- Develop and test ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
- Build new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
- Keep pace with search engines and PPC industry trends and developments.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
- Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
- At least 4 years’ experience in paid search & display marketing, lead generation and ecommerce.
- The ability to comprehend complex and detailed information and to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively and work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Ads (along with setting up new ad accounts with clients), Microsoft Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics. Experience using Google Tag Manager is a nice plus.
- Google Ads certification
- Experience managing an UP TO one-million-dollar marketing budget with excellent oral and written communication skills

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, we are committed to providing clear and equitable compensation information. For this remote position, the expected salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates applying from jurisdictions with specific pay disclosure requirements (e.g., California, Colorado, New York, Washington, Illinois, British Columbia) will receive location-specific compensation details in compliance with local laws.
