About the role

As a Professional Services Manager, you will lead a cross‑regional team responsible for delivering enterprise software implementations, including 2020 Insight, for manufacturing customers across North America. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle while ensuring high standards of delivery, predictability, and customer outcomes. Acting as a key interface with customers and internal stakeholders, you’ll balance people leadership, delivery excellence, and commercial accountability. This role sits at the center of complex implementations, requiring strong execution, collaboration, and structured leadership.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead a team (mix BR/US) including Consultants and Project Managers, ensuring strong people management, emotional intelligence, and wellbeing in a high-demand environment.
  • Own and drive revenue, margin, utilization, predictability, and related KPIs.
  • Oversee customer outcomes and ensure the team is delivering high‑quality implementations and enhancements for external customers.
  • Conduct capacity planning, resource allocation, staffing forecasting and workload balancing across Implementation and PM functions.
  • Identify, structure and implement standardized processes, reducing variability and improving repeatability in manufacturing-related services.
  • Promote career development: create career paths, support growth plans, and ensure team members understand expectations and next steps.
  • Maintain regular communication with regional/global stakeholders, providing updates, raising risks early, and ensuring alignment.
  • Occasionally support sales by advising on services, scoping discussions, and recommending the right solution configuration to prospects.
  • Represent Professional Services with commercial awareness, ensuring decisions support revenue targets and customer success outcomes.

Required qualifications

  • Proven experience managing teams in Professional Services or similar consulting/services environments.
  • Strong business acumen with hands-on experience managing revenue, margin, utilization, predictability, and other operational KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience with capacity planning, staffing, and workload forecasting.
  • Prior exposure to external customer-facing services (Professional Services, Consulting, Implementation, Customer Success with billable components, etc.).
  • Experience dealing with ambiguous environments, building structure, and creating scalable processes from zero.
  • Fluency in English and experience collaborating remotely across multiple countries/time zones.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with enterprise software implementations (ERP preferred).
  • Knowledge of 2020 Insight or imos CAD/CAM.
  • Background in manufacturing or familiarity with manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in wood industry or furniture production.
